These Terms explain how you can use the LIMBA app.

In short:

  • LIMBA is a general wellness and stretching app, not a medical service.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
  • You are responsible for using the app safely and within your limits.
  • Some features require a paid subscription handled by third parties.
  • By using LIMBA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About LIMBA

LIMBA is a stretching and mobility app operated by Trill Labs, Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By downloading, accessing, or using the LIMBA app, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 16 years old
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
  • You comply with these Terms and applicable laws

If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use LIMBA.

3. The LIMBA app

LIMBA is a general wellness and fitness app intended to support flexibility, mobility, and physical activity.

LIMBA:

  • Is not a medical device
  • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Is not a substitute for professional healthcare advice

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

How LIMBA works

LIMBA is designed to support a general wellness flow:

  1. Onboarding – you create an account and accept these Terms
  2. Wellness profile – you choose preferences such as mobility goals and (optionally) a yes/no medical history indicator
  3. Routine generation – the app generates stretching routines based on your selected preferences
  4. Tracking – your completed sessions and usage are recorded to help you track progress over time

All routines and recommendations are based on general wellness principles and self-reported information, not medical assessment.

You use the Services at your own risk.

4. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed by RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play
  • Subscription terms (pricing, billing cycles, cancellations) are shown at the time of purchase
  • We do not store your payment card details
  • Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the platform through which you subscribed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Misuse or interfere with the app or its security
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or abusive content
  • Use the Services in a way that could harm yourself or others

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

7. Health information you provide

If you choose to provide wellness or health-related information (such as a yes/no medical history indicator), you confirm that:

  • The information is provided voluntarily
  • It is high-level and non-clinical
  • You understand LIMBA does not store medical records or provide healthcare services
  • You remain responsible for how you use the information and recommendations within the app.

8. Content and intellectual property

All content in LIMBA (including videos, text, graphics, routines, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Trill Labs, Limited.

You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our branding without permission

Media content provided through the Services is general, non-personalised, and does not embed personal data.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LIMBA available and functioning well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Update content
  • Suspend or discontinue parts of the Services

We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or changes made in good faith.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for injuries or harm resulting from the use of the app
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services in the 12 months before a claim arises
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Termination

You may stop using LIMBA at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Continued access poses a risk to users or the platform

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that should survive.

12. Privacy

Your use of LIMBA is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Consent recording and versioning

When you create an account or continue using LIMBA after updates to these Terms, we record your acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

For audit and compliance purposes, we maintain records of:

  • The policy name (Terms of Use or Privacy Policy)
  • The version number
  • The date and time of acceptance

These records are used solely to demonstrate compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

14. Users outside the UK

If you access LIMBA from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

Your use of the Services is governed by these Terms and UK law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
